Churchman's Crossing TID Information Session

The New Castle County Department of Land Use (NCC) and Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) seek to establish a Transportation Improvement District (TID) in the Churchman’s Crossing area.
The purpose of tonight’s information session is to:
- Provide information about TIDs
- Present the elements that will be explored and included in the development of a Churchman’s Crossing TID
- Solicit feedback about the proposed Churchman’s Crossing TID
For the best experience, please plan to attend this event in person where you will be able to interact with NCC and DelDOT Staff who will answer questions and receive your feedback on the specific topics presented. Registration to attend in person is appreciated but not required.
This event will also be broadcast live on Zoom. The Zoom meeting link will be posted to the Dept. of Land Use's official website and Facebook page on the day of the event. (Registration is not necessary if viewing online) Those watching online are asked to submit any feedback or questions via email to: LandUse@Newcastlede.gov
